A long time had passed since I visited a fair. It was my mother’s idea to have a happening Sunday which was, as always, filled with a burden of buying instead of merry making.

But I enjoyed the beauty of the sparkling colours with which the fair was adorned. I am sure you would like the images below.

These are raw from my brother’s iPhone but clicked by me. I did not add my spark of editing.

How could have I left the mesmerising sky which was giving the fair the finishing touch. The air between the sky and the land too was dressed in vivid hues.

The masked me wandered to find an object which would tell me that it is handmade and original but waesucks! The below art pieces, though are not original but handmade, caught my attention.

Soon the attractive sky bid farewell and so did we.

Why do we stress upon purchasing when we can enjoy instead?

      1. Ah I can imagine it but your strength part is reflected through your words. That is superb.
I would say, why not enjoy than focusing on the merry making part.

  2. Very beautiful sky and photos, Kritika.

Why do people stress about buying instead of enjoying?

Because globalism has influenced most people to be consumers.

But those people who are artists such as yourself, Kritika, prefer to enjoy the beauty they see around them instead of worrying about just buying things.

    1. Thank you so much kindly for the answer. Guess you are right.
Very rare it is with humans that they enjoy nowadays and they end up reading quotes related to happiness which they forget to implement.
Thank you so much kindly for appreciating the pictures. πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

  3. Ah, fairs do call to us to take things home. But, you’re right. One needn’t buy things to enjoy and have a good time. After all, you don’t buy the sky. Yet, in a way, you will keep the lovely image of it with you forever. It’s a wonderful click. It looks like a great winged animal flying over the fair. Marvelous! Best wishes with your changes. πŸ˜ŠπŸ’•
