It’s Me.

Since I was five, my mother never looked after me and my brother, only thought herself to be responsible for the food so she cooked. My father was busy in earning money and disrespecting his counterpart. And me, grew up listening to the outrageous voices and curses for not obtaining good marks.

Singing, dancing, painting, playing all ceased in order to maintain the family respect.

Only when for studies I stepped out, the air made me realize they are not for me. Coming and going of people became advantageous and I learned:

‘The best gift is me, Myself.’

  1. Very true and brave words my dear. It is a fact that if our family is supportive and understanding, it is great, but our true confidence lies in realizing our worth, ourself. Thanks for joining in.
